As the Senior Manager, Business Change you will partner with the business using our structured and scalable approach to deliver the benefits and outcomes directly tied to team members needing to do something different.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with business leaders and team members at different levels throughout the organization to develop high-value strategies and plans to prepare identified team members for the new ways of working and build commitment organizationally and individually
- Work with Project Managers to ensure an equal balance between the technical and people sides of the initiative in order to deliver the business outcomes
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and Communications to develop practical and targeted people readiness plans that enable successful change adoption and sustainment
- Work in partnership with HR business partners to define the role and structure changes
- Define, and assess people readiness / commitment, risk and resistance areas and develop appropriate plans to address
- Identify adoption, usage and proficiency metrics and measure and assess progress. Build and enable reinforcement methods as needed
- Engage and actively coach sponsors and people leaders to fulfill their role in supporting their team members through the change
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to help build a greater understanding of organizational change and organizational change capability
- Bring a change agility mindset to support continuous improvement through ongoing & collaborative end-user engagement to enable positive change experiences
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Organisational Change, Human Resources, Org Design or Project Management (or relevant fields)
- Ability to lead and support large scale change efforts and successfully meet timelines and objectives
- Ability to build positive relationships with team members across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work both at the strategic and tactical as well as make data-driven decisions and tackle problems
- Strong presentation, facilitation, organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence team members
- Proven understanding of the Human Resource function, and strong business sense
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exposure to agile organizational change practices is considered an asset
- Able to travel between GTA Offices based on the project
