RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help draft policies and procedures
- Help organize databases and documents
- Help document requirements from workshops and create process flow diagrams
- Work on project documentation (including how to guides, training guides, SOX documents, etc.)
- Learn S2P process and help make other process improvements
- At-Hoc projects as they come up
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in a related program or discipline
- Working knowledge of Procurement, Sourcing, Contracting and Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of accounting and financial principles along with great analytical skills
- Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite (preferred), Accu-Image or similar AP system, Concur or other procurement system
- Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced Excel: Pivots, lookups, macros
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail in all areas
- Ability to work autonomously
