The Software Engineer Intern will embark on an exciting journey to contribute to modernization projects, including Cloud migration and Generative AI initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass requirement analysis, coding, testing, and documentation. Summer Internship: May 2024 - August 2024
Actively participate in the development of software applications, leveraging your expertise in Java and Typescript.
Engage in research initiatives when necessary to support the development team in overcoming challenges and exploring new technologies.
Partner with our business team to analyze software requirements and contribute to tailored solutions.
Take ownership of technical documentation, ensuring it remains up-to-date and reflects the latest project developments.
Create scripts to automate deployment into AWS Cloud environments.
Provide regular and timely updates to the management, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential roadblocks.
Currently enrolled in year 2 or higher of an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
Strong Programming Proficiency in Java and Typescript, with a proven track record of successful projects.
Solid working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with industry-standard development tools, including Eclipse and Git.
Proficiency in AWS Cloud services will be an asset.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to tackle project assignments with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
