WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

We are hiring a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to help deliver the CNB digital roadmap for the Wealth Management business.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Work within a hybrid cross functional agile team to help build wealth management digital products
Look for opportunities to ideate and improve the product and continually expand what is possible through technology.
Responsible for developing automated testing strategies and implementing them in industry standard testing frameworks.
Analyze product and technical user stories, as well as, requirements and functional and non-functional design specifications to create test cases, manual tests, and automated tests
Provides automated testing expertise and oversight
Perform functional / exploratory manual testing as needed in addition to automated testing
Manage functional and automated testing process and test infrastructure in support of application development efforts
Integrate with CI/CD to establish continuous
Plays a role in providing advice and guidance for emerging quality/testing technologies.
Participate in our community of development and challenge yourself and each other to innovate and improve each day
Work with ambiguity and ask for feedback to drive to a solution as part of the team

MUST HAVE:
3-5 years’ experience working within a cross functional agile development team
Solid grounding in software automation frameworks using technology tools such as .NET C#, Selenium, ReadyAPI, Groovy, SpecFlow,
Experience with gathering requirements using BDD methods and using the Gherkin language for automation
Solid experience testing RESTful APIs using automation frameworks
Extensive experience in manual testing and using tools such as Qmetry, Jira and Confluence
Strong 2+ years of SQL Experience
Strong knowledge and experience of end to end testing lifecycle for web applications
Strong desire to learn new frameworks, tools and domain knowledge
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Experience working in the finance industry
Exposure to DevOps best practices
Knowledge of product development methods
Experience with Azure Cloud Platform
