What you will do...

•Pull merchandise for shows, pre-production photography, web, digital recordings, special events and video server

•Inspect, prep and ensure merchandise meets quality and standards

•Assemble new product

•Consolidate Inventory to accommodate space restrictions

•Pull merchandise for return to vendor claims

•Maintain a clean and safe work environment

•Collaborating with working partners

 

What you will bring...

•Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, ScriptSure and Outlook in executing daily showroom tasks

•Able to process and receive new product as on-air show samples following SOP’s

•Ensure on-air merchandise are pulled and prepped within the assigned efficiency and quality targets set

•Ensure all products are in air-worthy condition and returned to the correct locations after live shows while ensuring control forms are included with complex items

•Ensure Return to vendor claims are pulled and processed within the assigned efficiency and quality targets

•Prepare, assemble products where needed, and ensure they are on-air worthy

•Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

•Ensure Showroom is left secured at the end of the shift

•Compliant with all Health & Safety Rules and Regulations

•Ensure we are aligned to support working partners (Merchants, TV Sales & Production, scenic and National Distribution Centre)

• Able to work rotation shifts including weekends

• Provide front desk services for our internal customers
