Your role
- Identify automation opportunities to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
- Design or improve work tools aimed at simplifying and standardizing operational tasks.
- Participate in the review of existing processes by proposing new ways of doing things.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions arising from ideas for improvement and/or regulatory changes in tax slip platforms.
- Participate in the implementation and management of collaborative tools for tax slip environments
- Collect and analyze data to produce reports with performance indicators (volume and forecast).
- Act as a resource person for the follow-up of technical incidents affecting certain tax slips tools and platforms
- Play a key role in the team's continuous improvement, change management and adoption of new technological solutions.
- Contribute to the advancement of technological practices and to the development of colleagues' digital skills through coaching
Your team:
Join a dynamic team by taking on a cross-sector role within the Tax Slip Management sector.
Reporting to the Senior manager of the Canadian Tax Slip Management team, you’ll play a key role in advancing the sector’s practices and improving quality.
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five years of relevant experience, or any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent.
- Computer programming capability office 365.
- Solid knowledge of collaboration tools and Office Suite (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel, Access, etc.).
- Critical thinker who focuses on solving problems and improving, standardizing and optimizing processes.
- Sense of organization, versatility and attention to detail.
- Independent self-starter with a sense of accountability.
- Knowledge of Hostfront T80, R-Broker, Global plus or GB Fonds applications, an asset
- Knowledge of tax slips and investment products, an asset
