- Monitoring solutions on all shift turnover issues as quickly as possible.
- Coordinating activities with the computer operations department and user departments to insure the integrity of the production environment.
- Designing scheduled production runs, insuring that the appropriate databases, files, JCL and documentation are made available.
- Supervising job scheduling and report distribution; developing data center operation specifications to standardize working processes.
