Your job
- Actively participate in the delivery of our initiatives through continuous improvement, operational excellence, standardization, simplification and optimization of their processes by seizing opportunities in regulatory and cross-cutting projects.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation related to the end-to-end process (process maps)
- Act as an agent of influence with the various stakeholders to ensure the best possible health of the processes
- Facilitate two-way communication and provide visibility to peers by regularly sharing project updates, successes, and challenges encountered. Encourage the exchange of ideas and constructive feedback to improve processes and outcomes.
- Produce specific analyses and analysis tools to help managers make decisions, understand a specific situation, improve business performance (including risk management) or achieve strategic objectives.
- Act as an expert by being the point of contact to plan and coordinate multi-sector projects that affect account transfers and take charge of adapted deliverables
- Support the various evolving IT demands
- Identify the best working methods to support managers in their search for efficiency
- Contribute, on an ad hoc basis, to workshops and deliverables of various kinds related to the needs of the sector or projects affecting the sector
Your team
Within the Technology and Operations sector, the AODM-EC team is responsible for account openings and document management for NBIN. The main mandate being for the continuous improvement of NBIN operations, you will also have the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects involving several teams and departments.

Basic requirements
- 3-year college diploma (DEC) and 6 to 7 years of experience OR a Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 years of experience OR any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent
- Master the concepts of process management and have developed a good level of expertise in connection with the processes of the NBIN sector and the business reality of the partners
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and VBA and ability to find relevant information to optimize the use of these tools
- Master methods of analysis and problem solving (on a quantitative and qualitative basis)
- Have knowledge of project management and good stakeholder management
- Experience with process mapping concepts
