As a Senior Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Calgary's real estate landscape.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver top-tier multi-family wood frame projects.
Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Oversee subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project specifications and timelines.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations to create a secure work environment.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and update project schedules.
Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.
Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
Ensure all work is carried out to meet quality standards and within budget constraints.
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel.
Manage and track project documentation and reporting.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in site supervision within the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family wood frame residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality results.
Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
Safety-conscious and experienced in enforcing safety protocols.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
