Description
Bell Business Markets provides industry leading solutions to businesses across Canada. Within this group, the Cloud Practice team owns the overall strategy, product development, financial performance and market success of our Cloud portfolio. This is an area of significant strategic importance and investment. We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative, self-driven senior scrum master to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Cover the basics of being a Scrum Master (facilitate team ceremonies, help to remove impediments, manage team flow, etc.).
• Coach existing teams to help them reach new levels of Agility.
• Create new Agile teams from scratch and help them on their way to build valuable products.
• Incorporation of lessons learned and continuous improvements into the delivery cycle
• Provide updates on the team's status and removes impediments to increase the probability of success in each Sprint. Establish a team environment by building trust and creating transparency.
• Work with product team in creating and maintaining the User Stories, Deliverables, Backlog, Jira board and Team Capacity planning.
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.
• Prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, achieve set goals, and deliver timely results.
• Resource management of both internal and external resources assigned to a project
• Accountable for on Time and quality delivery of new Bell cloud services
Critical Qualifications
• You have a BSc. or MSc. degree
• 3+ Years work experience in managing and coaching multiple agile teams as a Scrum Master or a similar Agile role
• 2+ Years experience in managing projects related to public cloud focused professional and managed services (preferred)
• Experience and certification in multiple agile approaches (Scrum, SAFe, Lean, etc), and have the ability and flexibility to adapt the approach to fit team and product environment
• You are experienced in using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
• Public cloud certification is a plus
• Fluency in English is required (fluency in French is a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to learn; both complex technical concepts and end to end business processes
• Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and changing priorities
• Ability to use a diplomatic approach to work with senior stakeholders to drive positive business changes.
