· Location: Calgary, AB | 4 days in office, 1 day work from home
· Shifts: Monday to Friday | 40 hours/week

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in the preparation and submission of intricate regulatory applications for prospective resource development, ensuring compliance with all requisite authorizations and endorsements.
· Manage approvals under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA), particularly overseeing environmental monitoring activities.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units to oversee regulatory approval timelines, application criteria, and compliance obligations.
· Offer expertise in biophysical sciences, advising on environmental performance, interpreting monitoring reports, facilitating adaptive management practices, and fostering continuous improvement.
· Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance concerning emerging regulatory and environmental risks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biophysical sciences or management.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental and regulatory affairs, environmental compliance, remediation and reclamation, government relations, or related fields.
· Demonstrated proficiency in working within a team-oriented, results-driven environment.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
· Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a collaborative setting.
· Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
