We are now recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join our Delivery Services team. This role is currently working from home 4 days a week and 1 day a week at our head office in Burnaby, BC. Apply this week if you would like to take on this role.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact

The Senior Project Manager leads and coordinates all aspects of project management using a lean agile mindset operating in an Enterprise Agile framework (SAFe).

This role is responsible for all assigned programs/projects and will build relationships and work with internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors and clients to meet the organizational strategic goals.

In this role, you would develop and maintain program/project roadmaps, lead program/project steering committees to prioritize work, and lead collaborative and dynamic planning processes.

You would lead projects with both exempt and bargaining unit staff while providing guidance, direction, and training to team members.

In this role, you would work with platform and technology owners to define technical upgrade and architectural plans for any initiatives.

Key Experiences You Bring To This Role

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience working directly with B2C and/or B2B systems/technology, including at least 5 years in business or customer relationship management or professional services
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams
  • Experience in health, insurance and/or financial environments
  • Experience with Enterprise Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Demonstrated experience as a project manager of multi-stakeholder projects for a large organization across all project phases delivering projects greater than $5M
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business or a relevant technical field
