Drive Execution

  • Collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performing tools.

Optimize Merchant Experience

  • Understand merchant pain points through research, feedback, and data analysis.
  • Continuously improve tools that support item onboarding, pricing setup, space allocation, and content enrichment.

Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with merchant teams, analytics, compliance, and operations to ensure tools meet evolving business needs.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to drive adoption and change management.

Measure and Improve

  • Define and track KPIs such as setup velocity, pricing accuracy, space utilization, and tool engagement.
  • Use experimentation, feedback loops, and analytics to iterate and improve product performance.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in retail, eCommerce, or enterprise tooling.
  • Experience managing operational platforms or tools supporting merchant workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with item lifecycle platforms, pricing systems, or space planning tools.
  • Experience in agile development and working with cross-functional delivery teams.
