The ideal candidate will be able to lead teams of Process Engineers on intermediate to large projects commencing with proposal development activities and progressing through all phases of project development i.e. study, feasibility, Front End Engineering Development (FEED), and Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction (EPFC).
This position will require interfacing with other Fluor Engineering Disciplines in the production of engineering deliverables as well as interfacing with the client representatives to align contract requirements. The candidate’s knowledge of project execution will enable them to effectively analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options as well as recommending and implementing an appropriate course of action.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing on their project the Process Technology Quality Plans as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and global standards. Participation by the candidate in departmental personnel development activities such as the mentoring of less experienced engineers including training and feed back will be required.
