Reporting to the Director, Organizational Development, you will lead the development, design and delivery of Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and other organizational development initiatives aligned to Intact’s strategic priorities.
In this role you will:
Contribute to the development of Intact’s Invest in People strategic priorities including Intact’s Employee Promise, Career and Growth and Engagement initiatives. Take the lead on the development of resulting programs and initiatives.
Provide internal consulting to Human Resources on organizational development and talent management related initiatives, tools, projects, programs and practices.
Manage implementation of the Talent Management cycle and deliverables.
Partner with others in the team and HR to develop tools to support divisions in managing talent management responsibilities while building/developing the final outcomes that will be delivered to the Executive Committee and the HR Committee of the Board.
Develop and facilitate implementation of Intact’s annual diversity and inclusion strategy and associated action plans, including resources and tools to advance diversity related goals.
Benchmark best practices, gather and analyze organizational metrics to identify opportunities for strengthening diversity and inclusion across Intact.
Liaise with external organizations and committees on diversity and inclusion best practices and recommend new programs and initiatives.
Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management initiatives, and review current program plans to ensure strong communications are in place to support change objectives.
Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of organizational development and change management strategies and techniques.
Business Administration or Masters in Organizational Development preferred
7+ years of Organizational Development experience
Able to use organizational development approaches to foster great business outcomes
Specialized knowledge in Diversity and Inclusion principles and best practices
Experience in managing change; clear understanding of the practical as well as the cultural implications of transformation
Collaborative and inclusive mindset
Ability to work at a quick pace with precision
Focus group and Survey design and development expertise
Previous practice in use of design thinking approaches for development of solutions an asset
Excellent and clear communication skills; ability to develop and deliver presentations for all audiences from Employees to Executive and Board level
Analytical skills and facility in using Excel to gather data for analysis
Ability to speak French is an asset
