The Opportunity

 

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Global Alliances, the candidate will be a key member of the global KPMG Alliances team focusing primarily on one of our priority global alliances.

 

Lead the development, management and implementation of effective global marketing campaigns that address the agreed business plan and priorities. This includes development of the necessary marketing plans and assets for our global marketing programs, as well as working with colleagues in sector and functional marketing teams to promote our capabilities and support revenue generation.


What you will do

 

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for assigned KPMG global alliance(s). On occasion, develop a marketing strategy for a new initiative as determined by leadership throughout the fiscal year.
  • Create, implement, and review the adoption and effectiveness of marketing programs to deliver on the objectives set in the strategic marketing plan.
  • Manage the marketing program from start to finish including stakeholder engagement, third party deliverables, budget, key performance indicators (KPIs) and timelines.
  • Develop and deliver programs to raise the external profile of the assigned KPMG global alliance(s), with a focus on key global and local spokespeople, and across target markets.
  • Develop and implement an appropriate mix of activities that highlight KPMG’s expertise; and, develop and implement thought leadership projects based on the key issues where KPMG needs and / or wants to have an opinion that will help shape the development of the market.
  • Working closely with Global Alliance Director(s), global and national practice marketers, and the global KPMG Alliances team, as well and Global Internal and External Communications teams to support network engagement and adoption of marketing and communication content.
  • Work closely and collaborate with member firms, ensuring they utilize the global campaigns and programs, and best practice is shared across the global organization. #LI-Hybrid

 


What you bring to the role

  • University degree or college diploma in a related field (ie. marketing or communications)
  • A marketing professional with at least seven years of experience (minimum of three years at a management level).
  • Experience developing compelling value propositions for services / campaigns and creating integrated issue-based platforms for promoting relationships and generating revenue.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and implementing complex (and preferably international)

    multi-platform campaigns with a focus on social media and digital channels.

  • Experience in working with content management systems to deliver content marketing programs and create digital demand generation campaigns in the business-to-business field.

  • Experience working in professional services firms or similar corporate environment with a strong understanding of how relationship-based selling works within a matrix organization.

  • Experience in B2B solution / partnership marketing and/or working for or directly with major technology corporations preferred.

  • Ability to travel internationally as required. Flexibility in hours to accommodate varying time zones.
