The Finance Team manages the performance and risk profile of Bell, ensuring the needs of customers, investors and employees are balanced with long-term business success. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute plans that help the company achieve its strategic objectives and ensure financial sustainability.
The Senior Manager – Finance will be a key member of the Wireless Team, and will be reporting directly to the Director, Finance. This role supports the full end-to-end budgeting and reporting process, including forecasting and reporting key wireless metrics. The candidate will also work closely with the business to understand and evaluate key business trends and to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial forecasts. The role will have 3 direct reports and support multiple VP’s and ad hoc projects.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership skills and a clear ability to identify and interpret key business trends and issues. The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills in order to build relationships at various levels of the organization and have the confidence necessary to participate in discussions.
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
