Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onboarding Team is looking for a Senior Manager to manage a small team and work towards integrating RBC applications onto RBC’s IAM services (SailPoint, OKTA, CyberArk/PAM, Azure AD, GDS etc). This process will require you to work with a wide range of technology and business stakeholders. We’re looking for an ambitious, curious, self-starter with knowledge in the cloud computing space, who challenges the status quo, is constantly thinking about flexibility, robustness, and simplicity in everything we do.

What will you do?

  • Work with business partners and application teams across RBC Enterprise to explain the onboarding process and document requirements.

  • Report on SailPoint/Authentication onboarding progress and metrics

  • Work with business partners and application teams to ensure data remediation is completed including orphan, description clean-up, role creation, Segregation of Duties (Toxic Combination) policy creation in the IAM SailPoint Tool. 

  • Participate in all aspects of onboarding testing as requested by the onboarding team: This may include:

    • Review, analyze, and define onboarding requirements as reflected in the requirement documents and contributes to the technical development specifications by ensuring that these meet the Requirements

    • Test case scenarios creation and assisting with test case writing

    • Assisting with FST, UAT, OAT, and PIV testing

    • Provide support with tasks and ad hoc requests as required

  • Find and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process.

  • Provide team direction in the optimization, efficiency and capacity planning of initiatives

  • Function as point of escalation and resolution for incidents and project related issues

  • Guide, coach, and mentor team to drive optimal performance

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Demonstrated people management experience with ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project and to collaborate across functions and businesses.

  • Strong experience with SailPoint IIQ and/or Authentication (OKTA/Azure AD) and understanding of Cloud Identity as a service (IDaaS) for SaaS, PaaS and IaaS

  • Undergraduate degree coupled with strong identity management (IAM) experience in a large organization, preferably a financial institution.

  • Project management and time management capabilities; Strategic thinker with strong organizational,

  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously

  • Experience working on multiple assignments and tasks concurrently, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling stressful situations with emotional intelligence

Nice-to-have

  • Data analysis and reporting skills.

  • IAM provisioning and de-provisioning

  • Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP
