What is the opportunity?
Senior Manager, Insights & Visualization analytic role will support strategic reporting and visual insights by utilizing cutting edge business intelligence capabilities in a large initiative and face-paced environment to derive fact-based insights to inform, measure and optimize strategic decisions for Business Financial Services team – supporting both Small business and commercial businesses.
What will you do?
Client Portfolio Reporting & Analytics/Market analysis/Ad Hoc Requests:
Map external data, develop data pipeline and create semantic view by combining multiple data sources to enable in-depth client and product analysis to enable discussion, decision, actions, strategies in fast-paced environment
Design and develop ad hoc analytics and reporting to support various BFS management teams
Enhancements, modifications to all existing and development of new portfolio reports and dashboards integrating new clients and new products for portfolio performance and value capture monitoring
Take ownership and apply advanced data visualization techniques to design, build & produce executive dashboard & performance reporting to measure key indicators, disclose trends, provide proactive actionable insights/indicators and address business questions & threats.
Test and validate (QA) new and existing reports and analytics for adherence to business and technical requirements
Create and maintain accurate documentation related to reporting solutions, including specifications, data lineage, technical and business definitions for metrics, and test plan/test cases
Execute market share, earning, industry benchmark reporting and analysis to provide external market insights and intelligence focused on competitiveness and growth opportunities.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Proven ability to design, develop and deliver industry-leading, best-in-class performance reporting, managerial dashboards, and analytical solutions
Solid experience in BI Dashboard development using applications such as Tableau
Proficiency with statistical and data mining tools such as SAS, SQL and Python, to mine and analyze large amounts of data
Ability to articulate and communicate insights and recommendations in business-friendly language
Strategic and inquisitive thinker with strong business acumen
Nice-to-have
Experience with the Teradata data warehouse and Enterprise Data Lake
Experience working in the Financial Services industry
Experience in the Small Business and Commercial business
Experience with large-scale organizational change
