Experienced and highly self-motivated Development Team Manager who possess a unique balance of technical skills, engineering management, and the ability to drive and own deliverables. Manager that interested in leading development team in building and delivering world-class software solutions at scale, that have a passion for diving deep and solving complex development challenges amidst the rapid growth of cutting-edge technologies.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You will be focused on implementing and driving major changes and transforming current Client and Account application into a modern, high performance, scalable, best-in-class API for Wealth Management.

  • Act as team lead, provide direction, expertise, feedback, coaching and development to build the capability of the team.

  • Collaborate Architects and SME, contribute on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and manage the effective implementation of assigned deliverables.

  • Work within an Agile product team composed of technical and business team members responsible for building new functionality and enhancements.

  • Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners.

  • Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.

  • Encourage the strong practices like Unti Testing, Feature Flags, Coding Standards etc.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

 Must have:

  • Good technical aptitude with SQL, .NET and Node JS expertise along with SOA

  • Experience or familiarity with, MQ, Web Services, MongoDB

  • Experience with KAFKA, DevOps (UCD, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc..)

  • Results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously

  • Problem solver, enjoys challenge, likes change/transformation

Nice to have:

Experience related to other DB technologies, Cloud and Containerization, FIX protocol, SOAP
