Senior Events Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced individual to support the planning and execution of our IoT global event portfolio. The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering on-time and to budget across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings.

What You Will Do

  • Support the end to end planning and execution of the Global IoT event program including in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. (Medium to large scale industry events, key proprietary and networking events) as assigned
  • Develop and deliver detailed project management/workback schedules for events and webinars, support global event calendar management
  • Liaise and build positive relationships with internal and external business partners including procurement, legal, sales, product marketing, event vendors and third-party agencies.
  • Track event budgets/spend, create PO’s, support contracting process
  • Support the development and on time execution of event graphics, social media assets, registration pages, post event landing pages, promotional assets, emails for assigned events
  • Manage inventory of event in the box kits across all regions, update as needed
  • Development of post event reporting for each event using global event KPI’s / benchmarks
  • Coordination the logistics of planned webinars including speakers, content, marketing promotion, registration, post event reporting etc.
  • Flexibility for onsite event support as needed

Who We Are Looking For?

  • Minimum of 3+ years successful and innovative global event experience in a B2B, high-tech, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in event or hospitality management
  • Experience with virtual webinar /event platforms (ON24) and CRM tools (Salesforce/Pardot)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Excel
  • Technical aptitude is a plus.
