Reporting to the Manager, Talent & Leadership, the Senior Consultant will play a key role in designing and executing enterprise-wide strategies and processes for talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, expertise in design and facilitation, and a passion for developing leaders.
What will you do?
Reporting to the Manager, Talent & Leadership, you will:
- Support the design, facilitation, and execution of talent review processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Partner with leaders to create actionable succession plans.
- Design and deliver innovative leadership development programs tailored to the needs of emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
- Manage complex talent management initiatives from inception to completion, including developing recommendations, implementing solutions, and ensuring quality in service delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Design and lead engaging workshops and sessions for leaders and teams, fostering engagement, collaboration, and actionable outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on talent strategies to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Champion a service-oriented approach to all aspects of work ensuring initiatives and programs meet client expectations and internal People & Equity partners are set up for success.
- Drive success through high-quality program management planning including but not limited to the creation of communication plans, tailored leader and employee tools and resources, and clear program rollout packages.
- Stay current on leading industry practices.
- Lead various special projects related to the evolution and elevation of talent programs.
- Build relationships across the organization to understand business needs, pain points, and practical solutions as it relates to talent and leadership.
- Collect and analyze data: track and report on key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement and effective outcomes.

What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Considerable experience in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple, complex initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to ask good questions, listen well, and communicate concisely.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong presentation and design skills: ability to take complex information and distill it into a logical, clear, and engaging format.
- Certification in adult education and/or leadership assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, MBTI) is a plus.
