Purpose:


The incumbent is responsible to support CID&A Enterprise Portfolio Dashboard by working with cross functional CID&A teams to ensure all data and analytics initiatives and their resources are aligned to the CID&A Strategy and overall Bank’s strategy. Analyze initiatives, communicate findings, and update tracking mechanisms by working closely with internal stakeholders. Support the accuracy of the CID&A Enterprise Portfolio Dashboard to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of CID&A operations.

 

Accountabilities:


• Support the end-to-end view of Enterprise Portfolios Dashboard from gathering business requirements, development, testing, to successful delivery to the key stakeholders.
• Analyze change requests to the enterprise Portfolio Dashboard and ensures all delivery requests are handled accurately and efficiently to ensure excellent customer service.
• Create Power BI Dashboard and maintain CID&A Metrics to achieve operational efficiencies and improve customer service, while minimizing risk to the Bank.
• Create Communication materials such as Release Notes and Infographics to present insights generated from the team.
• Provide functional and end to end testing on the enterprise Portfolio Dashboard. Ensuring key features and changes for each Release are working in Power BI.
• Responsible to update, track, and report stakeholder engagement on Enterprise Portfolio Dashboard, this includes managing centralized mailbox.
• Provide timely submission of accurate management information, as required.
• Conduct research on best practices to bring new ideas to present the information on Dashboard.
• Participate in discussions with business stakeholders on new business requirements or change requests to the Dashboard.
 


Requirements & Qualifications:

 

• Experience in Portfolio Management in data management setting
• Experience in working with data management processes and best practices
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, CA-PPM, MS Projects are assets
• Experience in Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools
• Experience in graphic design, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation to share insights
