Overview

The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards Operations - Disability plays a key role in enabling consistent, employee-centered disability, leaves, absence and intake program delivery across PepsiCo Canada. The role partners closely with external vendors and HR Business Partners, provides subject matter expertise, and helps translate complex disability and leave topics into practical guidance and decision support. This role also supports continuous improvement of policies, processes and metrics so PepsiCo can make strategic and pragmatic workforce decisions.

Total Compensation: $75,300 - $122,760


Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with PepsiCo external vendors and HR Business Partners to support effective disability, leave, absence and intake program delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and encourage best-practice decision making in complex disability and leave matters.
  • Develop tools and resources that enhance HR Business Partner acumen and confidence in this complex space.
  • Facilitate robust metrics and share insights that support both strategic and pragmatic business decisions.
  • Support the appraisal and remodeling of disability and leave policies, processes and procedures so they continue to align with PepsiCo's evolving workforce.
  • Optimize operational aspects of the disability, leaves, absence and intake programs, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Education and experience: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Total Rewards, Benefits, Disability Management, Case Management, Business, Health Sciences or related field.
  • Specialized knowledge: Working knowledge of disability, leaves, absence management, human rights and employment standards; experience translating complex program requirements into practical guidance.
  • Professional certifications or training: Certificates or training in mental health, return-to-work planning, medical terminology, conflict management, wellness/nutrition or related areas would be an asset.
  • Skills: Strong analytical capability, comfort working with metrics, vendor partnership skills, process-improvement mindset, and the ability to build clear tools/resources for HR partners.
  • Abilities: Sound judgement, critical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to balance employee experience, operational requirements and risk/compliance considerations.
  • Soft skills: Collaborative, trusted business partner who communicates clearly, builds strong relationships with HR partners and vendors, and brings a practical, service-oriented approach to complex situations.
