Le titulaire de ce poste, qui relève du Gestionnaire, Planification financière et analyse, est responsable de l'analyse efficiente et efficace des processus financiers liés aux demandes diverses activités de l’entreprise
Principales responsabilités
Le titulaire du poste est responsable d’assurer l’exactitude des processus et l’analyse des écarts reliés aux taxes, aider à la préparation des dossiers de fin d’année, analyse des CMV, faire l’analyse des états financiers et du Split P&L de plus de 175 Pharmaprix et tous autres aspects de l’entreprise. L'analyste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire, planification financière et analyse, et avec autres membres de l’organisation.

Ce que vous ferez :
- Préparer et analyser des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et périodiques
- Vous êtes responsable des modèles de prévision par catégorie, de la maintenance et de l'amélioration continue des modèles.
- Identifier les principaux facteurs de performance de l'entreprise par le biais d'une analyse structurée, sonder efficacement les problèmes et les causes, et collaborer avec l'équipe pour développer des solutions.
- Gérer les diverses exigences en matière de rapports.
- Développer de solides partenariats et relations interfonctionnels pour soutenir les principales initiatives critiques, le cas échéant.
- Participer à des projets et initiatives ad hoc et interfonctionnels, le cas échéant.
- S'engager à promouvoir un lieu de travail inclusif et d'appartenance.
- Participer à l'ensemble du cycle comptable et soutenir les franchisés et administrateurs des magasins Pharmaprix dans leurs demandes de renseignements.
Ce que vous apportez :
- Une formation postsecondaire en finance ou dans un domaine connexe est requise ; une expérience de travail dans un environnement en évolution rapide, en particulier dans le secteur des entreprises et/ou de la vente au détail, sera considérée comme un atout.
- Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en finance
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, capacité à rassembler et à gérer les interactions avec les employés de l'ensemble de l'organisation.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et capacité à gérer des situations difficiles avec tact.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
- Capacité à planifier, organiser et hiérarchiser de nombreuses tâches avec des échéances.
- Orienté vers les résultats - capable de fournir systématiquement des résultats précis dans les délais impartis
- Maîtrise de la suite d'outils Microsoft Office, de préférence Excel, World Microsoft 365.
- Une bonne connaissance de SAP et de MicroStrategy est un atout.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Savoir communiquer en français et en anglais (à l’écrit et à l’oral).

Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, this position is responsible for the efficient and effective analysis of financial processes related to the various activities of the company
Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of processes and variance analysis related to taxes, preparing year-end packaging, Gross margin analysis, preparing the financial statements and Split P&L analysis for over 175 Pharmaprix. The Senior financial analyst will work closely with the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, and other members of the organization.
Job Description
What you will do:
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and periodic reports
- You will be responsible for category forecasting models, maintenance and continuous improvement of models.
- Identify key business performance drivers through structured analysis, effectively probe issues and causes, and collaborate with the team to develop solutions.
- Manage various reporting requirements.
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships to support key critical initiatives as appropriate.
- Participate in ad hoc and cross-functional projects and initiatives as appropriate.
- Commit to promoting an inclusive and belonging workplace.
- Participate in the full accounting cycle and supporting store administrators in their enquiries.
What you bring:
- Post-secondary education in finance or related field is required; experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in the corporate and/or retail sector, will be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in finance
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to gather and manage interactions with employees across the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks with deadlines.
- Results oriented - able to consistently deliver accurate results on time
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools, preferably Excel, World Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with SAP and MicroStrategy is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate in French and English (written and spoken).
