The Center of Excellence (COE) is a dedicated team of experts and professionals responsible for driving excellence, innovation, and best practices across Global Payment Operations. The COE focuses on streamlining processes, promoting continuous improvement, and leveraging advanced technologies and methodologies to enhance overall business performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. By fostering collaboration between various departments and functions, the COE supports the Bank's strategic goals and ensures its operations remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the highest industry standards.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement process documentation, best practices, and process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Design and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations that clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations, tailored to various audiences within the organization.
- Support the creation and implementation of training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure the Bank remains competitive and compliant.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices, providing guidance and support to junior analysts and other team members as needed.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies that drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives, providing regular updates and adjustments as needed.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in banking, financial services, or management consulting, with a proven track record of success in driving excellence and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of the banking industry, including products, services, and regulatory environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
