ABOUT THE TEAM
Reporting to a Director, Culture Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), Leadership and Development, the Senior Advisor, Leadership and Learning Development plays a key role in the implementation and management of programs that support the growth of leadership skills and learning development within PSP.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
In addition to designing and facilitating workshops for employees and managers on various themes related to leadership development and learning, the Senior Advisor will have the following mandates:
Leadership Development:
Identify leadership skills development needs through assessments, feedback, and discussions with key stakeholders
Participate in the development and implementation of training and development programs focused on leadership skills in line with the organization's business objectives, adapted to the different levels of position
Follow trends and best practices in leadership development to adapt them to the organization
Track and measure the impact of leadership development initiatives on organizational performance
Develop initiatives to strengthen company culture and improve employee engagement through inspiring leadership programs
Learning development
Participate in the implementation of a strategy for the development of innovative skills based on the latest market trends
Collaborate with managers and HR teams to identify skills needs and opportunities and determine priorities for training and skills development
Review the learning offer to ensure alignment with employee development needs and the organization's strategic objectives
Plans, coordinates and oversees large-scale training initiatives, ensuring their proper execution, timeliness and quality of instructional content
Configure the use of learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies to ensure effective delivery of training content
Implement performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results
Monitor developments in the field of training and learning technologies, and integrate best practices into the organization's initiatives
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Occupational Psychology or a related field
At least ten (10) years of experience in leadership and learning development or a similar role
Experience in project management, including planning, coordinating and overseeing leadership development and learning projects
Ability to design and facilitate interactive sessions
Analytical skills to understand and assess organizational needs in terms of leadership development and learning and propose the most appropriate learning strategy in relation to them
Ability to anticipate and respond to the organization's skills development needs
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders with a customer service-oriented approach
Ability to offer innovative and engaging training solutions
Bilingualism: English and French (Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our Hong Kong, London and New York offices, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
