POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a data-driven and tech-savvy Email and Automation Advisor to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Automation team with duties such as email integrations, email campaign setups, system integrations, data management, as well as managing the marketing automation platform. This role requires someone who has good knowledge of marketing automation and email practices and is interested in bringing them to the next level.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Creating and managing email templates, ensuring they are responsive and visually appealing.
Acting as the subject matter expert in operational data management.
Supporting the integration of various systems with our marketing automation tools.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to email delivery, rendering, and tracking.
Ensuring compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in email marketing and marketing automation.
Managing marketing automation tools and platforms, ensuring their effective and efficient use.
Identifying and implementing optimization opportunities within the Marketing Automation and Email team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in email marketing and/or marketing automation.
Experience or knowledge of the financial industry, entrepreneurship domain or B2B sector (an asset)
Experience in coding: HTML, SQL, CSS, JavaScript
Knowledge of Litmus (an asset)
Experience working in Kanban or other agile methodologies
Excellent understanding of the ever-changing marketing automation landscape
Experience managing multiple details and deadlines in a multitasked, fast-paced environment
Willingness to multitask and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with partners, business units and stakeholders to achieve common goals
Bilingualism (French and English)
