In this role, you will assist the Director, CFO Office and Business Performanc in coordinating various tasks aimed at achieving designated objectives. You will help compile, analyze and summarize information used to prepare corporate presentations for multiple projects and initiatives. As such, you will maintain close ties with the members of the Financial and Business Performance teams and respond to various ad hoc requests related to cross-sectoral projects.
In addition, you will play an active role in orchestrating and spearheading the delivery of initiatives aligned with the vision of the integrated performance chain. These efforts will help us strengthen the point of entry and streamline both the integrated performance chain and the highly innovative tools that have been implemented in recent months.
Your duties will include the following:
Draft reports, presentations and executive summaries for senior management, including documents used to inform decision-making, track projects and/or provide financial updates;
Oversee the implementation of and ongoing changes to initiatives and projects led by the Financial and Business Performance teams to measure outcomes and, as such, play a key role in project follow-up;
Take part in carrying out projects linked to various types of requests and special projects led by the Chief Financial and Business Performance Officer, in conjunction with other teams;
Contribute to cross-sectoral projects through your involvement in and leadership of various working groups;
Ensure the development and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
The toolbox we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, finance, science, engineering, etc.);
Master’s degree in finance, economics or business administration; CFA, an asset;
Five to seven years of relevant experience in investment, finance and/or strategic, financial or investment consulting;
Advanced understanding of and proficiency in electronic tools such as Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent ability to manipulate data and create excellent visuals from tools such as Power BI;
Ability to adapt work methods, automate tasks and explore new technological tools;
Discipline and problem-solving skills;
Keen project management acumen;
Strategic thinking and deductive capabilities; intellectual curiosity and ability to analyze and process information;
Leadership and talent for developing strong relationships; excellent communication skills;
Adaptability and tolerance for ambiguity;
