A career as a senior account agent for the Realestate Financing group of the National Bank's Commercial sector means working alongside senior account managers with the aim of ensuring the highest level of our business customer's satisfaction. The files handled are very diverse and involve complex financing structures allowing you to use your knowledge of commercial credit and exercise your leadership with your internal and external partners.
The role can be based in Calgary or Vancouver
Your job
- Ensure customer care through unparalleled customer support.
- Carry out various banking operations, such as setting up and indexing complex financing (silent partnership files).
- Support colleagues in resolving non-standard files requiring in-depth knowledge of various financial products, draw types and other products.
- Carry out rigorous control of routine activities and ensure the prioritization of tasks.
- Ensure monitoring of pricing, renewals and banking reports in compliance with deadlines.
- Collect, compile, verify accuracy and index financial data.
- Establish and maintain effective communications with the various stakeholders involved in the files (other financial institutions, lawyers).
- Understand and promote the Bank's products in order to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Optimize and document operational procedures.

Within the Commercial & Private Management sector, you are part of a large team of around twenty colleagues and you report to the manager administrative support . Prerequisites
- 3-year college diploma (DEC) or equivalent related to the sector of activity 4 years of experience
- Good knowledge of business products and services
- Experience with syndication files (an asset)
- Strong ability to manage disagreements, share expertise and build strong relationships
- Knowledge of commercial and legal credit
- Knowledge of Loan IQ, CRM, TIP and ICOP applications an asset
- Proficiency in Word and Excel software
