BlackBerry's Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is seeking a Security Response Analyst II to join our team in securing BlackBerry's product suites to protect our customers.
In this role you will:
Investigate reports of potential vulnerabilities in BlackBerry products
Assess the impact vulnerabilities on BlackBerry products
Work with product teams to resolve vulnerability reports
Develop Proof-of-Concept (PoC) code for testing
Relevant skills:
Software development with C/C++, C#, Java
Knowledge of secure coding practices
Knowledge of common classes of vulnerabilities (ie. SQLi, XSS, overflows, etc)
Knowledge of Windows, Linux and/or Mac operating systems
Experience investigating vulnerability reports and/or reporting vulnerabilities
Malware analysis
Knowledge of Mitre ATT&CK techniques
Knowledge of technologies throughout the network stack (ie. TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS)
Education:
Bachelor of Science with 2+ years experience, or
Masters of Science, or
2-4 years of relevant experience
