(seasonal) Market Development Farm Technician - St Hugues, Quebec
The Market Development Farm Technician supports the field trial program execution that is assigned to the Market Development Representative. The position is an 8-month term with an anticipated start date in February, 2023.
The position is based in Saint-Hugues, in the region of St-Hyacinthe.
What you will do:
- Operate, maintain and transport research equipment
- Seed, spray, harvest of research trials
- Data entry from research trials
- Manage all tasks associated with compliance requirements for the research program
- Support HSE activities at the local site
Who you are:
Your success will be driven by your demonstrations of our LIFE values. More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possess the following:
- Bachelor of Science
- Experience with research equipment
- Experience in data collection from an agriculture research program
- Team player and can work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
