The impact you’ll make
As an eCommerce Marketing Specialist at Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM), you will impact our business by helping the Senior Growth Marketing Managers execute marketing campaigns to drive new and repeat online shopping and build the best digital experience for SDM eCommerce beauty and front shop customers. Your mandate will be to influence and change how Canadians purchase and interact with top brands online and you’ll measure your success with KPIs that include adoption, conversion and retention.
What you’ll do
Support the Senior Marketing Managers in executing integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns that are aligned with eCommerce objectives and sales goals
Support the Senior Marketing Managers with organizing, optimizing and refining the customer lifecycle journey
Marketing Operations & Reporting: Book, traffic and forecast marketing campaigns end-to-end and report on campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI
Use internal tools and systems to generate and manage voucher codes and other promotional programs, ensuring smooth implementation and campaign tracking
Work with internal cross-functional partners, including Merchandising, Product, Technology, Design, Email, Media and Strategy & Planning to develop and coordinate digital programs supporting sales and marketing objectives
Vendor and Partner Marketing: Assist in the development of a digital shopper marketing program to drive digital demand and acquisitions and drive opportunities for digital co-op marketing (i.e., display, SEM, etc.)
Work with SDM Front Shop & Beauty Category teams to strategically position priorities within eCommerce marketing campaigns to maximize market impact
Collaborate with SDM Brand Marketing teams to identify opportunities for campaign synergies
Work with Loblaw enterprise partners to book, execute and report on eCommerce campaigns in support of sales goals
Develop and manage concurrent project workstreams, including creating briefs, tracking milestones and deliverables, follow-ups, proofs and approvals
Assist with managing, execution, tracking and reporting of key team documents and processes, including, but not limited to, marketing calendars, website content planning, weekly business updates, creative assets, budget and forecasting and periodic reviews

Excellent time and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail

Collaborative team player with influencing skills that build relationships across various stakeholder groups
What you’ve done
University or college degree in relevant discipline
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of success
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office software, including Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in SQL (Big Query is a bonus), Tableau and Adobe Analytics would be an asset
