Your Job

As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating, modeling and remodeling our Agile management approach to ensure our teams remain engaged and successful.
Workplace: Anjou (7101, rue Jean-Talon Est) ou St-Hyacinthe (2450, rue Girouard Ouest)
Hiring manager: Olivier Fagang

Act as a Scrum Master to ITSM tools teams.
Guide the team and the organization on the use of best Agile practices and shape the processes to be useful to the team.
Train and coach the teams to increase their performance and efficiency.
Remove obstacles or help the team to do so by connecting them with the right people.
Build a trusting and open environment where one can raise issues without fear of being blamed, judged or penalized, and that promotes remediation and problem solving.
Facilitate internal and external communications, improve transparency and disseminate information.
Lead by example.
Collaborate with other teams and business partners.

Your Skills

Recognized Scrum Master certification or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
Experience in Agile product development.
Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and greater transparency.
Knowledge of the Atlassian suite of tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of HPSM and Altiris tools, asset
Fluent English and French.
