Position:  Scheduling Clerk

Location: London, Ontario - On Site

What You’ll Need to Succeed:  

Highschool Diploma, GED, or equivalent

One (1) Year recent and related experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to quality assurance and the safety of our internal and external customers.

Advanced skill sin Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

Previous experience with Kronos

How you'll make an impact:

During your mandate you will be asked to perform a variety of scheduling tasks related to employee scheduling. Your duties will include managing and inputting employee schedules, handling vacation requests, working with leaders to keep up to date employee information such as medical leaves, etc. You will also be responsible for the co-ordination of new hire schedules.
