Salesforce Technical Systems Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Performs technical analysis, design, development, unit testing, configuration, implementation, and production support for Salesforce system integrations and customizations
  • Involved in all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications
  • Responsible for developing and supporting custom Salesforce applications and code to enable solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
  • Writes, tests, analyzes, and implements high quality code according to specifications
  • Define and monitor compliance with code check-in, backup/recovery, and versioning processes using version control systems
  • Integrations and/or Connectors between Salesforce.com and other applications are developed and/or maintained
  • Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
  • Create actionable technical documentation based on gathered business requirements, solution decisions
  • Assist with scoping and planning of various CRM related projects and initiatives

Skills Required:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 2+ years Salesforce Development experience
  • 3+ years of Web or other similar development
  • Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud experience is a definite asset
  • Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce Platform solutions that may include form point-and-click configurations, workflows and flows, APEX triggers, Custom Web Services, Visualforce pages, Lightning (Aura and LWC)
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
  • Demonstrated experience with Change Management/DevOps processes, and ability to utilize Version Management & Source control tools
  • Highly confident in the utilization of Visual Studio Code and Salesforce DX (CLI)
  • Knowledge of the advanced programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform and data modeling to develop complex business logic solutions and interfaces
  • 1 or more of the following Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are a bonus

Job Summary

Detailed technical analysis, design, development and support of Salesforce Platform applications using existing and emerging technologies. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.
