As a Salesforce Program Manager, you will oversee project lifecycles, develop organizational change plans, ensure adoption, and drive customer alignment. You will be collaborating with multi-functional teams, you'll advocate for process improvements, track adoption metrics, and resolve challenges to optimize workflows.
In this role, you will
- Develop strong working relationships with business teams to understand goals and priorities of the CX business.
- Initiate, drive Salesforce projects by aligning Business teams and Product Management teams on critical features.
- Ensure alignment and effective communication between the managed services provider and the Salesforce Professional Services team.
- Monitor overall project progress, costs, and provide regular updates to customers.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and customers.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record successfully managing operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple project managers and priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple project plans and ensuring alignment across different teams.
