Salesforce Developer, Global Banking & Markets Engineering – Corporate & Investment Banking – Toronto, ON

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on system integration, complex workflow automation, and data architecture, supporting cross-functional business needs and driving operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Process Builder
  • Design and implement complex workflows and automation to streamline business processes
  • Build and manage integration pipelines between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated platforms
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to platform governance and best practices

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (required)
  • 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration frameworks, and data modeling
  • Experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages
  • Familiarity with tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or other integration platforms is a plus
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) are an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
