CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Work with leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess sales enablement programs

  • Ensure established sales enablement priorities are executed

  • Build a trusted relationship with sales force

  • Participate in the development and deployment of current and new projects, initiatives, including training and development, policies and procedures, tools and content

  • Ensure alignment between regional teams, lines of business, and corporate functions in the development and deployment of projects, initiatives and communications

  • Keep all corporate functions, LOBs and sales enablement team informed of decision-making and strategy and ensure adherence to the spirit of sales enablement

  • Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and influence strategy at the development and deployment levels

  • Organize and manage the sales content repository and ensure that all information is easily identifiable and readily accessible at point of need

  • Work with corporate functions to execute initiatives that improve on existing sales processes, tools, and align to broader company goals

  • Track sales enablement initiatives to demonstrate the business impact of enablement efforts

  • Gather and relay feedback to constantly improve support and continuously iterate on the enablement strategy

  • Provide insights and knowledge gaps to the Learning team to assist in the development, curation and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training

  • Work with the Learning team and all field coaching resources to scope and deliver training including onboarding, role transition and advanced learning paths to support skill development and align with career paths

  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team

  • Field ad hoc content and change requests

  • Serve as sales tools advocate and source support to fill knowledge gaps to ensure adoption and utilization

  • Work with marketing to develop creative and engaging client-facing sales assets and develop acceptance strategies with sales force

  • Ensure stakeholder buy-in and support for the direction of the organization and build trust between stakeholders

  • Act as the subject-matter-expert and resource as it relates to processes, tools, and systems

  • Communicate effectively with sales enablement colleagues to ensure the team remains aware of all ongoing initiatives

  • Develop a deep understanding of buyer and seller journeys

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies and technologies in each of these areas

  • Measurable experience having a positive impact on business outcomes

  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches

  • Data-driven and technologically-savvy

  • Excellence in verbal and written communications

  • Innovative and agile thinker

  • Able to build strong internal relationships across corporate functions and sales force

  • Experience in project management is an asset

  • Proficient in both official languages (French and English)

  • Fuel success of client-facing employees

    • Acknowledge and anticipate employee needs and context

    • Probe for root cause to ensure understanding of situation or challenge

    • Remove barriers to secure high standards in employee experience

  • Apply business insight

    • Stay abreast of current market trends

  • Make it happen

    • Support colleagues in executing initiatives that create value and make a difference for the employee
