Overview

The Sales District Leader contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by maximizing volume and revenues in their territory by creating on-going, positive relationships with their customers. This leadership role provides the opportunity to coach and develop a team of sales representatives and empower them to win in the Marketplace. Through flawless activation of PepsiCo initiatives, the SDL consistently ensures their team has all the necessary tools for continued success.


Responsibilities

  • Maximize volume and revenue in a defined territory
  • Coach and lead a team of sales professionals on selling and display execution, effective order management, and merchandising standards
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the region
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while managing costs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous consumer packaged goods experience
  • 2 years minimum fact-based direct selling experience
  • Previous people leadership, preferably in a sales environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency
  • Solid oral presentation skills required

Ability to work a flexible schedule
