Primary Job Functions:
The role is very hands-on, and will fully develop your management skills, and business understanding. What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sale focused environment
- Work regularly demands more than 40 hours per week including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
- College or University Degree in Food Service Management
- 2+ years role as supervisor role in food service industry (preferred)
- Ability to maintain a positive work attitude.
- Ability to communicate with co workers and other departments with professionalism.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service, willingness to go above and beyond.
- Ability to work under supervision and comply with standard procedures.
- Must comply with any dress code requirements, no jewelleries in work areas.
Physical Requirements:
- Significant walking or other means of mobility.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long period of time.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and pull and frequently lift up to 15.88 kilograms/35 lbs and occasionally lift/move 22.68 kg/50lbs.
Working Conditions (may add additional conditions specific to defined work location) :
- Generally in an indoor setting; however, may participate in outside activities and events.
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends and extended hours as business dictates.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to a warm / hot environment, and may be exposed to heat/cold during support of outside activities.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
