How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Responsible for coordinating and managing all activities related to the resident dining operations
- Ensure the highest possible client and customer satisfaction levels
- Manage employee relations and employee retention programs
- Implement and comply with Sodexo’s corporate marketing programs
- Identify and recommend new sales and revenue opportunities
- Develop and maintain an awareness of the competitive marketplace
- Control food and labour expenses within scope, and provide reporting on financial goals
- Ensure compliance with client, corporate and division policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years operations experience at the supervisory level
- Demonstrated experience in managing under a collective agreement
- Demonstrated experience in leading a diverse team
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Planning, organizing and effective time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
