How You’ll Make an Impact:  

• Responsible for coordinating and managing all activities related to the resident dining operations
• Ensure the highest possible client and customer satisfaction levels
• Manage employee relations and employee retention programs
• Implement and comply with Sodexo’s corporate marketing programs
• Identify and recommend new sales and revenue opportunities
• Develop and maintain an awareness of the competitive marketplace
• Control food and labour expenses within scope, and provide reporting on financial goals
• Ensure compliance with client, corporate and division policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

 What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years operations experience at the supervisory level
• Demonstrated experience in managing under a collective agreement
• Demonstrated experience in leading a diverse team
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Planning, organizing and effective time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems
