Problem Analyst Intern
A Problem Management Analyst Intern must have required skillset to coordinate with multiple teams to identify root cause of issues that lead to outages and degradations of applications and products.

- Gathering and documenting pertinent details from outages and working to coordinate root cause investigations
- Categorizing and prioritization of problem tickets
- Updating of problem records with guidance of Problem Manager
- Facilitating and scheduling of problem management meetings

- Someone that is willing to take on new things
- An individual who can go above and beyond to see resolution to the problems
Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity
Must Have Skills:
- Problem solving skills
- Analytic skills in terms of breakdown issues/problems
- Good communication skill
- Ability to empathize during stressful and tense situations
Nice To Have Skills:
- Excellent Reporting and writing skills
- Analytic mindset
- Must like to deal with figures and graphs
- Ability to deal with big data
