Fraud Services Specialist
You will be the voice of product and fraud on the fraud delivery squad, working closely with internal teams to successfully develop and deliver fraud capabilities so that the Interac platform is operating with best-in-class capabilities that are aligned to the business, minimize fraud risk and provide measurable value for our clients.

Supporting the creation of product & fraud vision and roadmaps, through research and analysis, including market trends to help inform strategic direction for new services.
Working with business owners to research, define and develop fraud use cases, requirements and success criteria for commerce and digital payments and platforms.
Collecting and analyzing feedback from internal and external stakeholders to shape requirements and policies for end products and enhancements.
Partnering with the Fraud Product Services Manager to assist in planning releases.
Working closely with internal teams to prioritize the fraud services delivery team backlog according to business value and ROI.
Participating in daily fraud delivery meetings and influencing delivery goals & commitments.
Assessing and making recommendations on business opportunities for improvement in policies and the efficiency of our operations as they relate to fraud.
Supporting an agile methodology to product and fraud management.
Who are you?
3-5 years of progressive experience in a Fraud Program or Mitigation role
3-5 years of program management experience, managing diverse projects and employee groups.
Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity
Post-secondary business or fraud risk management related degree, or equivalent work experience
Professional designation/degree in business or project management an asset
Experience in the payments industry or financial services is preferred.
