You will…
Develop, track and manage business deliverables.
Partner closely with other members of the Digital ID business unit and cross-functional teams in ensuring high quality delivery in time.
Ensure appropriate resources and processes are being utilized.
Take a strategic focus and align to business priorities.
Leads resolution of risks and issues that have impacts on the business unit; escalate to Program Director where appropriate.
Assist Program Director to align project managers deliverables and enable success of the Digital ID Integrated Program Office.
Track and control multiple threads of important meetings through organizing and publishing effective meeting minutes.
You’re great at…
Managing relationship of 20+ people across multiple departments, external vendors and stakeholders
Learning or understanding the business of Digital ID and Payment
Contributing values to project teams and have general knowledge of IT project development cycle in delivering web-based applications and/or mobile apps would be an asset
Who are you?
You have 3-5 years of experience managing IT and Business projects for large organizations within financial industry
Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity
You have excellent communication skills in managing stakeholder expectations
You have excellent listening and writing skills
You have strong organizational skills
You can prioritize and make deadlines when there are multiple deliverables due with competing priorities
You can manage vendor/stakeholder relationships effectively and escalate where needed
