Reporting to the Product Management Leader, the Product Manager will be responsible for the development, delivery, and management of Interac Verified. Interac Verified™ offers a suite of secure verification and authentication solutions that enables Canadians to have convenient digital access to participating government and business services that require personal data verification. Leveraging decades of experience in delivering secure payments, Interac Verified enables businesses to digitally verify potential customer and client data to deliver faster, more efficient, and convenient access to online services.
You'll be responsible for:
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for governance, and compliance across all Verified products
Lead incident triage, determine appropriate actions, and collaborate with squad to enhance processes and security protocols
Provide thought leadership and expertise in product management capacity during internal and external meetings
Contribute to network health strategy development, actively participate in roadmap creation and execution
Act as cross-squad liaison to ensure process consistency and awareness of new product developments impacting ecosystem safety and soundness
Maintain strong relationships with Product Owners/Managers, Business Development, Legal, and Participant Affairs to deliver Network Health objectives
Support sales cycle with fraud and governance expertise for Verified products
Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and analyze competitive landscape in partnership with the strategy team
Prioritize product roadmap decisions using data-driven insights and multiple data points
Navigate ambiguity and manage stakeholders to drive product commercial success
Develop and present materials supporting senior management in articulating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
You bring:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, focusing on governance, and compliance in financial services or regulated industries
Experience developing and executing product strategies in an agile environment
Strong understanding of network health strategies and ecosystem safety in digital products
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making
Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience in cross-functional team leadership
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Passion for technology and adaptability to new tools and platforms
Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity
