Our Inventory Planning and Replenishment Team is looking for a Replenishment Analyst Level II. Reporting to the Replenishment Supervisor, you will be responsible for forecasting, replenishing, and managing inventory for key categories and suppliers. In this crucial role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the business and drive increases to overall revenue.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in Supply Chain Management, strong analytical and communication skills, and who enjoys working cross functionally.

What you’ll do:

  • Setup and maintain item forecasts in Blue Ridge for regular replenishment, promotional replenishment, and seasonal requirements.
  • Analyze supplier performance, lead times, MOQs and order cycles to optimize profit and turnover.
  • Ensure Purchase orders are placed in a timely manner to ensure in stock position that meets with our service level targets and inventory goals.
  • Provide direction / delegate to Replenishment Level I Analysts for expediting and maintenance of PO’s as well as item maintenance in Blue Ridge for their accountable area.
  • Analyze buy quantities to ensure maximum efficiencies for in-season/ out-of-season buys.
  • Identify untapped profit potential and gaps to ensure we meet targets for our customer service level and fill rates while meeting turns, gross margin, and sales targets.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stay on-task with key performance indicators, and take corrective action where needed for exceptions and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with key Suppliers to provide forecasts and identify significant business opportunities, changes, or disruptions.
  • Monitor customer service levels to identify underlying issues of poor performance. Regular monthly deep dives into system parameters to monitor dollar spend and look for opportunities to reduce inventory and increase turns wherever possible.
  • Work with Planners and Merchandise Managers to plan promotional and seasonal replenishment requirements.
  • Provide support and backup for their Replenishment Supervisor.

What we’re looking for:

  • College diploma in Business Administration, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Management with 3 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to utilize Inventory Management Systems software successfully and profitably.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize and react to changing situations; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook with intermediate level Excel skills.
