The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. Position: PROJECT MANAGER, BELL MEDIA

Immediate supervisor: Promotions and commercialization Manager

Address: 1717, boul. René-Lévesque Est, Montréal, (Québec), H2L 4T9

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate digital projects (websites, social, sms, newsletters, applications, etc.) and promotions for Bell Media's radio/audio brands (Énergie, Rouge and iheart;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and various departments to obtain platform updates, share information, obtain necessary creative materials, at every stages of projects;
  • Coordinate prizing and promotional material for contests;
  • Write contest rules, contact winners and produce reports to RACJ;
  • Write post-mortem documents and compile results;
  • Support the field team as needed for various activations
  • Coordinate production and inventory booking schedules;
  • Responsible for special projects;
  • Manage social media content
  • Assist managers in the development of digital performance reports;
  • Ensure consistency of our radio brands, websites, social networks and compliance with our brand standards;
  • Work closely with sales, programming and digital departments
  • Write and/or translate presentation materials;
  • Support the promo coordinators of each station as needed
  • Various administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience related to the position, Bachelor's degree in communication, administration or marketing, and/or related to digital technology an asset
  • Must be dynamic, resourceful and organized
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to manage stress well and work under pressure
  • Good autonomy and sense of responsibility;
  • Must be able to multitask on projects with multiple stakeholders at once
  • Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Facebook Manager, project management software, Canva (or other presentation software)
  • Knowledge of various graphic file formats
  • Experience in an advertising or marketing agency is a plus
  • Experience/interest in the field of media is a plus
