We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. In this role, you will help coordinate and track technology and business projects, support our transition from traditional waterfall project delivery to agile ways of working, and assist with release management activities. This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience working with project and release managers in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Summer Internship: May 2026 - August 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Lead small projects or workstreams end-to-end under the guidance of a project manager

  • Support the ongoing transformation from waterfall to agile teams, including helping to organize agile ceremonies and artifacts

  • Assist with the support and administration of release management activities under the supervision of a Release Manager

  • Prepare and maintain clear, concise project status reports for leadership and stakeholders

  • Host and facilitate meetings to track updates and action items from project managers and team leads

  • Help monitor project timelines, risks, and issues, escalating concerns to senior team members as needed

  • Contribute to documenting processes, improving templates, and standardizing reporting across projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Strong interest in project management, agile methodologies, and technology-driven projects

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort speaking in meetings

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow structured processes

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment

Compensation

Salary Range: CAD $22.00- $25.00/hr. Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location
