Key Responsibilities
- Responsible of all communications linked to acquisition of products and original productions (deal memo, contract requests, follow-up of documents, letters, etc.)
- Complete the product information into the software “IBMS” and add metadata in the Bell Media softwares.
- Being part of the team who provide the reports linked to our regulatory obligations (CRTC, special request, etc.)
- Carry out many follow-up link to the scheduling to ensure a good operational work (material request, certification request, etc…)
- Provide administrative support (charts, letters, precise information, codification and approval of invoices, confirmation of payments, CRTC reports and others)
- Other related tasks
Critical Qualifications
- Passionate about television
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the fields of television, distribution or production
- Judgement, rigour, working method
- Team spirit and collaboration skills, enthusiasm and flexibility
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
- Knowloedge of distribution rights (an asset)
- Knowledge of the software IBMS (an asset)
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Strong ability to coordinate projects in a media environment: ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize and propose solutions
